Please remember. While your review may include your own personal opinions, please include as much factual information as you can to describe the venue's disabled friendly features (good and bad). You might feel that it is useful to explain your own level of disability, or whether you are writing from a carer/companion perspective. Thank you for your expert review.

the most important day my daughters wedding day i would have done anything not to distress her. she arranged her wedding and was promised that there would be no problems with my wheel chair i can assure you there was. yes it is a an old castle and you expect some discomfort going over the cobbled floor. the disabled room was awful could not have a shower as raised shower no seating had to leave toilet door open and could not get to the sink without help. it was expensive and i would have prefered a travel lodge
we tried to explain difficulty to reception to prevent anyone else having simular problems but they were not interested even had the nerve to say they have aids for bathroom in a cuboard but not in the room.
my aim in writing this review is to make disabled people aware of these problems . and dont take the castles word that it is disabled friendly
Not suitable for anyone wheelchair or unsteady
